The New York Propane Gas Association is working with several local Colleges to fund scholarships, including the Elbert Stillwaggon Memorial Scholarship for students enrolled full-time in Fire Prevention Technology programs and the John Ganey Memorial Scholarships for students enrolled full-time in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technical Services (HVAC/R) programs.
